(A) Every recital in the ordinance codified herein is adopted into this section.
(B) There is hereby established a non-reverting fund to be known as the Cemetery Fund, into which contributions or donations may be received from time to time.
(C) The Auditor shall keep records and monitor the activities of all receipts into this fund. Disbursements may be made from this fund, without appropriation, upon a valid claim being presented, subject to processing and publication requirements of state law.
(D) All monies remaining in this fund at the end of every budget year shall not revert to any other source; rather, monies shall continue to be held in this non-reverting fund, from year to year.
