(A) There is hereby established the Jail Medical Fund and it is a non-reverting fund.
(B) Effective February 24, 2005, all medical co-pays collected through the inmate commissary program will be receipted to the Auditor, by the Sheriff for deposit in said fund.
(C) Monies collected are to be distributed to approved medical service providers through the established claim process of the county.
