§ 34.037  COUNTY JAIL CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION FUND.
   (A)   The County Jail Construction and Renovation Fund (the “fund”) is hereby established.
   (B)   The fund shall be non-reverting.
   (C)   The fund shall be appropriated by the County Council.
   (D)   The fund shall only be used for the receipt and disbursement of funds that are directly related to the construction and renovation of the county jail.
