§ 34.027  INDIANA COMPUTER REVENUE FUND.
   (A)   Every recital in the ordinance codified herein is adopted into this section.
   (B)   There is hereby established the Clark County, Indiana Computer Revenue Fund, which fund shall be maintained and managed by the Office of the Auditor.
   (C)   Said fund shall be non-reverting in nature.
   (D)   All revenues from computer-related services, vendors or customers, including Gavel dial-in customers, mortgage insurance companies, SIRA, all county offices and other revenues payable to the county for computer purposes or computer-related services provided from the county shall be deposited in this fund.
   (E)   Expenditures from this fund shall only be made upon the express authorization of the Board of Commissioners, upon written presentation being made and presented to the Board during a regular or special meeting of the Board.
   (F)   Expenditures from the fund may be made for purposes of paying the expenses of computer services, for purchase of computer supplies (hardware or software), for purposes of computer or computer personnel information, updating or continuing education or for any other purpose established by the Board of Commissioners at a regular or special meeting of the Board.
   (G)   Sole and only means by which expenditures can be made from said fund shall be based upon a claim approved by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to law.
