(A) Every recital in the ordinance codified herein is adopted into this section.
(B) There is hereby established the Clark County, Indiana Fingerprint Fund, (“the fund”), which fund shall be non-reverting in nature and shall be held and maintained by the office of the Auditor.
(C) Deposits from the fund shall include all revenues received from the County Sheriff’s Department performing a fingerprinting procedure, upon request from either the public or private sector. The initial fee for such service is hereby established at $5 per request. Such fees, when received, shall be deposited into the fund.
(D) Expenditures from said fund shall be made only upon approval of specific request therefore and upon approval of a claim filed, requesting such expenditures, with the Board of Commissioners, which claim must be approved in either a regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners.
