(A) There is hereby established a Copy Fund for the benefit of the Office of the County Prosecuting Attorney.
(B) The Copy Fund shall consist of collections made by the Office of the County Prosecuting Attorney for photocopies made at the request of the public and bar.
(C) The Copy Fund shall be non-reverting in nature and disbursements therefrom shall be pursuant to a claim submitted to and approved by, the Board of Commissioners of Clark County, for copying and duplicating expenses, in such sums as are reasonably requested by the Prosecuting Attorney and as are approved by the Board from time to time.
(D) Monies and funds in the Copy Fund shall be appropriated for expenditure by the County Council to the extent required by state law.
