§ 90.70 GENERAL DECLARATION AND PROHIBITION OF NUISANCES.
   Whatever is dangerous to human health, whatever renders the ground, water, air or food a hazard or any injury to human health, and the following specific acts, conditions and things are, each and all of them, declared nuisances and are prohibited and made unlawful.
