For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DETACHED TRAILER. A TRAILER, defined as any wheeled vehicle without motor power and designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle, shall not be parked detached from a towing vehicle in any public right-of-way in the county; unless it is being utilized for the delivery or collection of goods or equipment, or for building repairs, service or moving operations, and then for not more than 24 hours.
JUNKED APPLIANCE.
(1) Any unit, or part thereof, of machinery, furniture, or equipment, whether functional or ornamental, and whether mechanical or powered by some source of energy or not, including, but not limited to, stoves, refrigerators, television sets, beds, lamps, tools, objects of art, and the like, the condition of which is one of the following:
(a) Wrecked;
(b) Dismantled;
(c) Partially dismantled;
(d) Inoperative;
(e) Abandoned;
(f) Discarded.
(2) Provided, however, the term shall not apply where the unit does not exceed 15 cubic feet, or the combination of units in the immediate proximity to each other does not exceed 120 cubic feet.
JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE. Any contrivance, or parts thereof, propelled by power and used for transportation of persons or property on public streets and highways, the condition of which is one or more of the following:
(1) Wrecked;
(2) Dismantled;
(3) Partially dismantled;
(4) Inoperative;
(5) Abandoned;
(6) Discarded;
(7) Unlicensed for more than one year.
