§ 90.11 POSTING NOTICES ON TREES OR UTILITY POLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, place or post any signs, cards, placards or advertisements of any character on any utility pole or tree in the public right-of-way, on or along any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public grounds in the county. The county may place traffic control signs on utility poles after obtaining a permit from the owner of the utility pole.
   (B)   Permits for stretching streamers or placing banners and/or decorations temporarily may be issued by the County Judge/Executive, at his or her discretion, when in the interest of charitable, benevolent, patriotic or municipal causes.
