Any person, entity, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.20 et seq., or failing or refusing to comply with the rules and regulations of the County Health Department or the Sanitation District relating to §§ 51.20 et seq., shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day a person, entity or corporation fails or refuses to comply with the specific provisions of §§ 51.20 et seq., shall constitute a separate offense.
