Within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall issue a written order in the form and manner provided in § 33.194(F) of this code. An appeal from any final order issued by the Administrative Hearing Board may be made to the County District Court within 30 days of the date the order was issued pursuant to § 33.196(A). There shall be no appeals from such orders to the Board.
