A member of the Administrative Hearing Board, or its designee, shall give notice of a hearing to the parties not less than ten days in advance of the day set for the hearing, in the form and manner provided in §§ 33.193 through 33.195 of this code. The hearing shall be conducted in the form and manner provided by §§ 33.194, 33.195 of this code.
