§ 33.217 ENFORCEMENT.
   Any Code Official or Code Enforcement Officer, as defined in KRS 65.8805(4), hereafter Code Official, shall be responsible for enforcement of this subchapter, relating to public nuisances, including the Chief of Police or his or her designated representative. Enforcement of this code section shall be initiated by the filing of a uniform citation issued by a sworn law enforcement officer or by citation or notice of violation issued by a Code Enforcement Officer.
