§ 33.186 VACANT PROPERTY REVIEW COMMISSION; ALTERNATIVE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY.
   The membership provisions of § 33.185 shall be identical to those of the Vacant Property Review Commission established by ordinance pursuant to KRS 99.710. The duties of the Vacant Property Review Commission shall be assigned to the joint city-county Administrative Hearing Board.
