For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.
COMMISSION. The Winchester-Clark County Commission on Human Rights.
COMMISSIONER. A member of the Commission.
DISCRIMINATON. Any direct or indirect act or practice of exclusion, distinction, restriction, segregation, limitation, refusal, denial, or any other act or practice or differentiation or preference in the treatment of a person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, or disability status.
