§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of the provisions of §§ 51.002 or 51.004 shall result in a fine of no less than $100 and no more than $1,000.
