S33.1: LIQUOR LICENSE FEES (Section 33.11 ):

   A.   The annual license fee for a class A - social club permit shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).

   B.   The annual license fee for a class B - restaurant permit shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00).

   C.   The annual license fee for a class C - drinking establishment/restaurant permit shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).

   D.   The annual license fee for a class D - drinking establishment permit shall be three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).

   E.   The annual license fee for a class E - package store permit shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).

   F.   The annual license fee for a class F - package store - beer and wine only permit shall be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).

   G.   The annual license fee for a class G - combination restaurant/package store permit shall be two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($2,250.00).

   H.   There shall be no annual license fee for a class H - outdoor service area permit.

   I.   The annual license fee for a class I - catering permit shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and shall be in addition to the fee charged for any other liquor license(s) held by the person to whom the catering permit is issued.

   J.   The annual license fee for a class J - wine shop permit shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00).

   K.   The annual license fee for a class K - senior residence facility permit shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   L.   The annual license fee for a Class L - flower shop permit shall be one hundred  dollars ($100.00).

   M.   The daily license fee for a class T - temporary for local vendors shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and for nonlocal vendors shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). "Nonlocal vendor" is defined as a vendor with a principal place of business outside of the village limits and with no Clarendon Hills address filed with the Illinois department of revenue used for reporting sales for sales tax purposes.

   N.   A nonrefundable application fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) must accompany the liquor license application for all classes of license except class T - temporary.

   O.   The annual license fee for a class M - combination drinking establishment/restaurant and package store - beer and wine only permit shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).

   P.   The annual license fee for a Class N - craft distillery permit shall be one thousand and no/100 dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. 91-12-27; amd.
