A. Nondiscriminatory Preference: Nothing in this Chapter shall require an owner or lessee to offer real estate to the public at large before selling, exchanging, leasing or renting it, nor shall this Chapter be deemed to prohibit any owner or lessee from giving preference to any prospective buyer or tenant for any reason other than race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
B. Good Faith Required: Nothing in this Chapter shall require an owner to offer or show real estate for sale, exchange, lease or rental to any person if the owner has reasonable grounds to believe that such person is not negotiating in good faith for the purchase, exchange, lease or rental of such real estate.
