27.3: UNFAIR REAL ESTATE PRACTICES:
No person shall discriminate against any other person because of the race, color, religion, sex or national origin of such other person, in regard to the sale or rental of, or dealings concerning, real estate. Any such discrimination shall constitute an unfair real estate practice. Without limiting the foregoing provision, it shall be an unfair real estate practice for any person to:
   A.   Make, distribute, or cause to be made or distributed, any written material or oral statements designed to induce any owner of real estate to sell, exchange, rent or lease that real estate because of any present or prospective change in the race, color, religion, sex or national origin of persons in the neighborhood in which the real estate is situated.
   B.   Sell, exchange, lease, rent, offer to sell, exchange, lease or rent, any real estate to any person of a particular race, color, religion, sex or national origin at a price or with a fee or under terms or conditions different from those offered to persons of any other race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
   C.   Refuse to sell, show, exchange, lease or rent any real estate to a prospective buyer or tenant, or to any representative of a prospective buyer or tenant because of the race, color, religion, sex or national origin of the prospective buyer or tenant, or representative.
   D.   Refuse to allow examination of copies of any listing or any real estate to any person of a particular race, color, religion, sex or national origin when examination of that listing is allowed to persons of any other race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
   E.   Enter into a listing agreement which provides for or permits any of the practices set forth in subsections B through D of this Section.
   F.   Publish, circulate, issue or display, or cause to be published, circulated, issued or displayed, any communication, notice, advertisement, sign or other writing of any kind relating to the sale, exchange, rental or leasing of real estate which provides for any of the practices set forth in subsections B through D of this Section.
