§ 34.46 BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There is hereby created a Board of Trustees which shall have the operation and management of the Police Pension and Retirement System of the city, which Board of Trustees shall consist of the City Clerk, City Treasurer, and three members of the Police Department of the city, which is designated and known as the Board of Trustees of the Pension and Retirement System of the Police Department of the city.
