(A) The 2002 City of Claremore Land Development Code, consisting of:
(1) Subdivision Regulations;
(2) Engineering Design Criteria; and
(3) Standard Specifications for Construction and each and every one of the regulatory provisions, conditions and terms of such 2002 Land Development Code are hereby adopted and incorporated into this code by reference and made a part hereof as if full set out herein. Three copies of the Land Development Code are on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for inspection by members of the public during normal business hours.
(B) The 2002 City of Claremore Land Development Code supersedes and replaces the City of Claremore - Rogers County Metropolitan Planning Area Subdivision Regulations insofar as subdivisions in the city are concerned.
(C) The 2002 City of Claremore Land Development Code supersedes and replaces the City of Claremore Manual and Standards for the Design, Construction, Improvement and Specifications for Streets, Sidewalks, Water Distribution Systems, Sanitary Sewers, Sewage Pumping Stations, Storm Sewers, Drainage and Detention, 1999 edition.
