(A) No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade or occupation of a journeyman plumb-er, a plumbing contractor, or a plumber's apprentice unless he is registered as such with the Plumbing Inspector.
(B) The registration fees to be paid to the Plumbing Inspector are as follows:
(1) For registration as a plumbing contrac-tor, first registration, $85; thereafter $35 per year;
(2) For registration as a journeyman plumber, $60 per year; thereafter $15 per year; or
(3) For registration as a plumber's apprentice, no charge.
