For the necessity of determining the qualifica-tions and continued registration of any person, firm, or corporation desiring to engage in the installation of electrical equipment, a Licensing Board is hereby created. The Board members shall consist of the Electrical Inspector, who shall be ex officio chair-person, and such other members as the Mayor shall appoint.
