§ 150.062 EXCAVATIONS.
   Nothing in this subchapter contained shall be construed as granting permission for excavations in the streets, alleys or sidewalks or other public grounds of the city without full compliance with all the laws and ordinances of the city covering excavations in the streets and other public grounds of the city.
