§ 150.048 EMERGENCY RULES.
   At any time when the Electrical Inspector shall determine that an emergency exists justifying such action, he may issue any rule or regulation that may be necessary to conform to trade conditions in the installation and use of materials and devices where electrical energy is used by any person, persons, firm, corporation, partnership, association or elec-trical contractor. Such rules or regulations as the Electrical Inspector may consider necessary or convenient shall, before becoming effective, be submitted to the Council, and if approved by the Council, then such rule or regulation shall be enforced in the same manner in which the terms of the electrical code are enforced, provided that no emergency rule or regulation shall continue in force and affect for more than six months after the enactment thereof unless otherwise specified by the Council.
