(A) The International Building Code, 2009, or the latest edition adopted by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission (OUBCC) and required by state statutes, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city for the control of new buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations of the International Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part of this Code by reference, as if fully set out in this Code, with the additions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter and as required by state statutes. At least one copy of the Code is kept on file in the office of the Building Inspector.
(B) The International Existing Building Code, 2009, or the latest edition adopted by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission (OUBCC) and required by state statutes, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city for the control of existing buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations of the International Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part of this Code by reference, as if fully set out in this Code, with the additions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter and as required by state statutes. At least one copy of the Code is kept on file in the office of the Building Inspector.
(C) The International Fire Code, 2009, or the latest edition adopted by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission (OUBCC) and required by state statutes, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city for the control of fire safety of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations of the International Building Code, are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part of this Code by reference, as if fully set out in this Code, with the additions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter and as required by state statutes. At least one copy of the Code is kept on file in the office, of the Building Inspector.
