§ 134.09 FALSE REPRESENTATION TO AN OFFICER.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm, or cor-poration or any agent or employee thereof knowingly to make any material misrepresentation to any officer, employee or agency of the city government in any official application to or official dealing or negotiation with such officer or agency; or to commit perjury before any tribunal or officer of the city.
