§ 132.10 ADVERTISING ON RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect or display any advertising sign (political or otherwise) or advertising of any other character upon any public utility easement, street, alley, sidewalk, or any other public easement or public right-of-way within the city.
   (B)   No person, firm, or corporation shall place, tack, nail, staple, glue, affix or attach any advertising sign or advertising of any other character on any telephone, telegraph, electric or street-lighting pole within this city.
   (C)   Any advertising sign or advertising of any other character erected, placed or displayed in violation of the provisions hereof shall be a public nuisance. No property right shall exist in such sign or such advertising of any other character erected, placed or displayed in violation of the provisions hereof, and such sign or such advertising of any other character may be removed and destroyed by any person.
