§ 131.11 PARKING ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER.
   It is unlawful for any person to park an automo-bile or other vehicle, or to place any structure or object on the driveway, yard, or property of another without the expressed or tacit consent of the owner or person in charge, or otherwise by authority of law or ordinance.
