(A) It is unlawful for any person to connect or attach any kind of pipe, wire or other contrivance to any pipe, line, wire or other conductor carrying gas, water or electricity and belonging to a public utility (whether publicly or privately owned), in such a manner as to enable him to consume or use the gas, water or electricity without it passing through the meter or any other way so as to evade payment therefor.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to obtain or attempt to obtain cable, information or telecommunications service of any type or kind including, but not limited to, cable television, telephony, internet and data transmission service from another by means, artifice, trick, deception or device without the payment to the operator of the service of lawful compensation for each type of service obtained.
(C) It is unlawful for any person to assist or instruct any other person in obtaining or attempting to obtain cable, information or telecommunications service of any type or kind including, but not limited to, cable television, telephony, internet and data transmission service without the payment to the operator of all lawful compensations.
(D) It is unlawful for any person to tamper or otherwise interfere with or connect to by any means, whether mechanical, electrical, acoustical or other means, any cable, wires or other devices used for the distribution of cable, information or telecommunications service of any type or kind including, but not limited to, cable television, telephony, internet and data transmission service without authority from the operator of the service.
(E) It is also unlawful for any person to damage, molest, tamper with, or destroy any telephone system.
(F) It is unlawful to cut or injure any rope, wire or other appliance attached to or used in or for any electric light works in the city.
