§ 110.18 PERSONS UNDER 21 NOT TO BE PERMITTED TO ENTER.
   No owner or proprietor of a retail alcoholic beverage store in this city and no person employed therein, shall permit any person under 21 years of age to enter into, to remain within or to loiter about the premises of such retail alcoholic beverage store.
