(A) No person shall take black bass measuring 12 to 15 inches (inclusive) in length from the water of Lake Claremore.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as pro-vided in this code or by revocation of his permit or privilege for the use of municipal facilities at Lake Claremore, or by both such fine and revocation.
