(A) Speed limit. The operation of any motor vehicles upon the roads or trails located on property of the city adjacent to Lake Claremore at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour shall be unlawful.

(B) Parking. The parking of motor vehicles upon the roads or trails located on the property adjacent to Lake Claremore is prohibited. Motor vehicles may be parked upon city property off the roads or trails, but no driving off the roads or trails shall be permitted except that necessarily incidental to parking motor vehicles or returning them to the road or trails from their proper parking places. Motor vehicles will not be operated off the roads or trails in such manner as to destroy the turf or shrubbery, even as an incident to parking.
