§ 99.33 FIRES.
   The making of fires for cooking purposes is permitted, provided that no fires which endanger the safety or property of others shall be ignited. No fires will be left unattended or unextinguished. No fires will be permitted to be made in such a manner as to result in the burning of vegetation upon the premises unless written permission is granted by the City Manager or his designee.
