The use of city property adjacent to Lake Claremore for picnics, social gatherings and other lawful activities is permitted. All persons using the property for such purposes are required to clean up and destroy all refuse and litter. No refuse or waste of any type or description will be placed or permitted to be placed in the waters of the lake or its tributaries.
