§ 99.23 FISHING TO BE GOVERNED BY STATE LAW.
   All persons taking fish from the waters of Lake Claremore or hunting game thereupon or upon the city property adjacent thereto shall be governed and regulated by the laws of the state and the regulations of the Oklahoma State Fish and Game Department with reference to the size of fish and number and type thereof and by any limits prescribed in the laws or regulations with reference to the collecting of game. All persons required under the laws of the state to have in their possession a state hunting or fishing license shall have the same in their possession while fishing or hunting upon Lake Claremore or city property adjacent thereto. Violation of the state game and fish laws or regulations in any particular shall be deemed a violation of this section.
