§ 99.21 FISHING PERMITS.
Any person holding a fishing or hunting license issued under the laws of the state or otherwise lawfully permitted to fish or hunt in the state may fish or hunt in or upon Lake Claremore by securing from the city a fishing or hunting permit, for which the person will pay the fee on the fee memorandum issued by the City Manager. Fishing permits shall expire on December 31 following the date of its issuance. All customers of the Light and Water Department of the city shall be permitted to fish or hunt upon the lake or property without the obtaining of such permit, provided that any person so fishing or hunting without a permit shall have and keep in his possession at all times a receipt from the Light and Water Department of the city showing that all services rendered by the Department for the then current month have been fully paid. The possession of such a current receipted bill shall entitle him and all members of his immediate household to fish or hunt upon Lake Claremore or the property without the payment of the permit fees first herein prescribed.
