§ 99.17 CRUISING NEAR FISHERMEN; IN ARMS OF LAKE.

No motor-driven boat shall be permitted to cruise within 300 feet of any anchored fisherman. Any such boats when being operated in the hollows or arms of the lake shall be operated as nearly as possible in the middle thereof.
