§ 99.16 SAFE OPERATION.
   (A)   All boats, whether operated by oars, paddles or motor power, on Lake Claremore shall be operated in a safe manner, having due regard for the conditions existing upon the lake, persons using the same and the safety of others. Any person operating a boat upon Lake Claremore which is being operated in an unsafe or reckless fashion shall be directed and ordered to remove the boat from the water, and in such event his permit and privilege for the operation of the boat shall be terminated and ended. No persons under the age of 16 years shall be allowed to operate a boat upon Lake Claremore, whether the same be motor-powered or not, unless such person shall be accompanied in the boat by a person over the age of 21 years.
   (B)   The City Manager or his designee or his assistants are hereby authorized to order the removal of any or all boats from the waters of Lake Claremore, when the operation thereof upon the waters shall be or become unsafe due to existing or impending weather conditions or for any other reason.
