§ 96.16 ACCUMULATION OF TRASH OR WEEDS UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful for any owner of property or any person otherwise in possession or control of property located within the municipal limits to allow trash to accumulate or weeds to grow or stand upon the premises.
