§ 11.02  WARD NUMBER AND BOUNDARIES.
   The city is hereby divided into four wards described as follows:
   (A)   Ward No. 1.  Ward 1 shall consist of that area and portion of the city of Claremore within the following boundaries.
Point of beginning being the northeast corner of Section 6 Township 21 North, Range 16 East also being the centerline and intersection of State Highway 88 and East Lowry Road, thence following city limit boundary west and along the centerline of Lowry Road to the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6; thence south and along the west line of said Quarter Section 6 approximately 1980 feet; thence west approximately 1320 feet; thence south approximately 660 feet to the south line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 6; thence west along said south line to the centerline of Old Highway 88 also known as South 4130 Road; thence south along South 4130 Road to the centerline of West Blue Starr Drive; thence east along the centerline of West Blue Starr Drive for approximately 660 feet; thence south approximately 720 feet; thence east approximately 330 feet; thence south approximately 600 feet; thence west to the centerline of Clubhouse Road; thence south along the centerline of Clubhouse Road, also the west line of Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, for approximately 2640 feet; thence east approximately 1320 feet; thence north approximately 1320 feet; thence east approximately 3300 feet; thence north approximately 965 feet to the centerline of Camden; thence east along the centerline of Camden to a point where Camden becomes South Brady Street; thence east along the centerline of South Brady Street to the intersection of Will Rogers Boulevard and Moore Avenue; thence north along the centerline of Moore Avenue to the centerline of Blue Starr Drive; thence east along the centerline of Blue Starr Drive to the southeast corner of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; thence following city limit boundary in a northerly direction along the east side of Claremore Lake to the north line of Section 2, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; thence east along said north line to the northeast corner of said Section 2; thence following the city limit boundary south, east, north and west to the northeast corner of said Section 2; thence west along the north line of Sections 2 and 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East to the northwest corner of said Section 3; thence north following the city limit boundary and along the east line of Section 33, Township 22 North, Range 16 East to the east right-of-way line of State Highway 66; thence southwest along said right-of-way line to the centerline of East Lowry Road; thence west and following city limit boundary approximately 700 feet; thence north approximately 600 feet; thence east, south, northeast, and north following city limit boundary to a point approximately 1320 feet west of the east line of Section 33, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence east to the east line of said Section 33; thence south approximately 1600 feet to the west right-of-way line of the railroad; thence northeast along the said right-of-way line and following the city limit boundary to the east line of Section 27, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence north and following the city limit boundary approximately 700 feet to a point; thence following the city limit boundary west and south to the south line of said Section 27; thence south and west following the city limit boundary to the centerline of South 4160 Road; thence south along the centerline of South 4160 Road approximately 330 feet; thence west and following the city limit boundary approximately 1320 feet; thence north to the north line of Section 33, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence west along said north line to the half section line of Section 28, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence north approximately 1320 feet; thence west approximately 1320 feet; thence south approximately 1320 feet to the south line of said Section 28; thence south and west following city limit boundary to the centerline of South 4150 Road; thence southerly along centerline of South 4150 Road and city limit boundary to the centerline of West Lowry Road; thence west along the centerline of West Lowry Road to the centerline of State Highway 88; said point being the point of beginning.
And a tract of land in Section 13, Township 22 North, Range 16 East beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 13; thence north and following the city limit boundary approximately 4000 feet; thence east approximately 2450 feet thence southwest and following the city limit boundary to the south line of said Section 13; thence west to the southwest corner of said Section 13, said point being the point of beginning.
Together with a strip of land commonly referred to as the Claremore fence line and further described as follows:  a twenty foot strip of land beginning at the north line of Section 4, Township 21 North, 16 East lying adjacent to the west right-of-way line of State Highway 66; thence northeast along said right-of-way line to the north line of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 16 East.
Less and except out parcels in Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East.
   (B) Ward No. 2.  Ward 2 shall consist of that area and portion of the city of Claremore within the following boundaries.
Point of beginning being the intersection of Blue Starr Drive and Moore Avenue, thence south along the centerline of Moore Avenue to the centerline of Will Rogers Boulevard; thence southeast along the centerline of Will Rogers Boulevard to centerline of Seminole Avenue; thence northeast along the centerline of Seminole Avenue to the centerline of East 5th Street North; thence easterly along the centerline of East 5th Street North to the centerline of Maiden Lane; thence following the city limit boundary generally north and east to the centerline of Blue Starr Drive; thence west along the centerline of Blue Starr Drive to the centerline of Moore Avenue, said point also being the point of beginning.
   (C)   Ward No. 3.  Ward 3 shall consist of that area and portion of the city of Claremore within the following boundaries.
Point of beginning the intersection of the centerlines of East 5th Street and Maiden Lane; thence west on the centerline of 5th Street to the centerline of Seminole Avenue, thence southwest on the centerline of Seminole Avenue to the centerline of Will Rogers Boulevard thence northwest along the centerline of Will Rogers Boulevard to the centerline of Muskogee Avenue; thence southwest along the centerline of Muskogee Avenue to the centerline of West 1st Street; thence northwest to the centerline of Lynn Riggs Boulevard/State Highway 66, thence southwest along Lynn Riggs Boulevard/State Highway 66 centerline to the intersection of Reavis Road; thence east and south along the centerline of Reavis Road to the centerline of West Country Club Road; thence west along the centerline of West Country Club Road to the east right-of-way line of Lynn Riggs Boulevard/State Highway 66; thence southwest approximately 1330 feet along the said right-of-way to the intersection of Frederick Road; thence south along the centerline of Frederick Road to the centerline of East Sycamore Avenue; thence continuing south along the centerline of East Sycamore Avenue approximately 160 feet to a point; thence west and south and following the city limit boundary to the centerline of State Highway 66; thence southwest following the city limit boundary and along said centerline for approximately 2230 feet; thence due south approximately 690 feet to a point; thence due east and following the city limit boundary to the west right-of-way line of I-44; thence northeast along said right-of-way line for approximately 1600 feet; thence due south following the city limit boundary to the east right-of-way line of I-44; thence southwest along said right-of-way line to the south line of Section 30, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; thence east along said south line to the southeast corner of said Section 30; thence north and following the city limit boundary along the east line of said Section 30 to a point approximately 900 feet, north of the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 30; thence east and southeasterly to a point along the west right-of- way line of I-44; thence northeasterly approximately 1500 feet following the city limit boundary and the west right-of-way tine of I-44; thence due north to a point along the north line of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; thence easterly and following the city limit boundary to the west right-of-way line of I-44; thence northeasterly and following the city limit boundary along said right-of-way line for approximately 3000 feet; thence northerly and easterly following the city limit boundary to a point along the west right-of-way line of State Highway 88; thence northwesterly along said right-of-way line for approximately 1280 feet; thence easterly and northerly following the city limit boundary to a point on the east line of Section 16, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, said point being approximately 1375 feet south of the northeast corner of said Section 16; thence north and following the city limit boundary to the centerline of East 5th Street North, said point also being the point of beginning.
Together with a strip of land commonly referred to as the Claremore fence line and other lands attached thereto and further described as follows:
A one foot strip of land beginning at the existing Claremore city limit being the southeast corner of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, Rogers County, Oklahoma, thence east with the south 1 foot of sections 10, 11, and 12 of Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I. B. & M., Rogers County, Oklahoma; and the south 1 foot of Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Township 21 North, Range 17 East of the I. B. & M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, as well as land areas attached thereto and annexed by the City of Claremore in Sections 15, 22 and 27 of Township 21 North, Range 17 East, also being Claremore airport, less and except the east 20 feet of the south 1 foot of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 17 East.
Together with a strip of land generally 20 feet wide and again commonly referred to as the Claremore fence line, and other lands within the corporate limits of the city of Claremore and attached thereto described as follows:

   The east 20 feet of Sections 24, 25, and 36 of Township 22 North, Range 17 East
   The north 20 feet of Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 of Township 22 North, Range 17 East less the east 20 feet of the north 20 feet of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 17 East
   The north 20 feet of Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Township 22 North, Range 16 East
