(A) No chat or sand will be permitted to be spread on any space or lot in the cemetery.
(B) Public planting of rose bushes, trees or shrubs is hereby prohibited, but such items may be donated to the cemetery for controlled planting by the city.
(C) Dumping of material of any kind will not be allowed in the cemetery except by authorized city employees.
