§ 91.11  DUTIES OF THE BOARD.
   The Board shall evaluate all applications to determine if the applicant has been properly licensed by the State Health Department pursuant to the rules and regulations promulgated by the State Health Department as provided for under the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Services Act and further to review the investigation of the Chief of Police as it relates to the ability of the applicant or the applicant's employee to comply with the State Emergency Medical Services Act or the city ambulance service regulations.
