§ 74.02 SPEED.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate any steam locomotive or railway engine within the corporate limits of the city at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour within the corporate limits of the city between Choctaw Street and Blue Starr Drive, and between Archer Street and Blue Starr Drive.
