The provisions of the State Motor Vehicle Code, 47 O.S. §§ 1-101 et seq., and the Rules of the Road, 47 O.S. §§ 11-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
