§ 130.04 ADOPTION OF STATE MISDEMEANOR STATUTES.
   (A)   The various Oklahoma statutes, as they presently exist and as they may be periodically amended or adopted, which designate and name certain misdemeanor crimes and offenses, are hereby adopted by reference as if set out at length herein. Nothing in this section shall be construed to adopt or punish any felony.
   (B)   When specific municipal ordinances have been adopted concerning any criminal offense, the specific ordinance shall prevail over this section, unless in conflict with state of federal law.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the misdemeanor statutes adopted by reference
herein.
   (D)   Upon plea or finding of guilt for any offense adopted herein, punishment shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of § 10.99 and other provisions therein.
