For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any and all non-gambling mechanical or electronic machines which, upon the payment or insertion of a coin, token, or similar object, provide music, amusement or entertainment, including, but not limited to, such games as pool, phonographs, video television, DVD’s, CD’s, digital music, digital video, shooting galleries, pinball, foosball, bowling, shuffle board, or any other amusement device with or without a replay feature which can be legally shipped inter-state according to federal law.
FAMILY RECREATION CENTER. A room or place where persons of all ages and either sex are permitted to play or operate coin-operated amusement devices, including the playing of pool or billiards.
