In addition to the business license described herein, mobile vendors must meet all other applicable legal requirements, such as:
(A) Qualify for and obtain food establishment license from the Rogers County Health Department;
(B) food handlers shall be required to obtain a food handlers permit per Chapter 111 of the Code of Ordinances; and
(C) Satisfy all other unspecified but applicable legal, requirements.
