The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the actions of mobile vendors. It has been detemi.iri.ed that the public health, safety, good order and general welfare of the residents of Claremore require the regulation, and management of such enterprises. The receipt of a mobile vendor license is a privilege which may be suspended, limited or revoked for violating the intent and letter of this chapter.
