§ 33.35 MATTERS NOT SPECIFIED.
   The Fire Code Official shall have the ability to promulgate rules, regulation, policies, and procedures regarding open burning, open flames, open torches, and other such similar uses of fire to insure the safety of the public when such rules, regulations, policies or procedures are not specified by the adopted Fire Prevention Code of the City of Claremore.
